It's the custom in much of Europe for men to shower and sauna in the nude while women wear bikinis or one piece swimsuits. They don't see it as sexist or unfair. It's just the way it is.
This is just normal. Of course she can't get naked too, that would be obscene and disgusting! She's a woman! So women usually bring bathing suits to wear in saunas due to their gender and anatomy. Men don't bother because they don't really need to. I don't know why everyone's saying it's sexist and unfair.
