The women in the background with her back to us is not following the dress code they had on the poster for London, it showed a couple on a tandem bike, the woman had a bikini on, TOP and bottom while the male was clearly NAKED.
I think London was trying to set the dress code for the ride,
women clothed, MALES....TOTALLY NAKED!
And that is how all dress codes should be for all events.
I agree she should have a top on./. I don't care much for TFNM./. If I have to see a woman break the rules I would prefer BFNM./. But only if she has hair wear she should./.

So many self appointed dictators on this blog telling everyone else how things should be and before anyone says anything I know what this blog is about but some your comments are just ridiculous
No-one actually really thinks that should be a rule, it's just people expressing the fantasy of being forced into a CFNM situation. I agree though that it detracts from acknowledging how cool it is simply for anyone to be able to put themselves in that situation.
The WNBR is many things to many people. At its heart it is a protest against our reliance on fossil fuels and the nudity is nothing more than a gimmick to call attention to the protest. Sure, it provides ample opportunity for CFNM which allows women to see a lot of nude men and men to let their willies to air out in public but the protest is the real purpose. I have never been but if I were to go as a spectator I would wear something comfortable and reasonably modest like a halter top sundress. If I were going to ride, which I would sort of like to do, I would ride full nude in the spirit of the protest.
