CFNM1976, Back in the 1950's and 1960's a lot of schools had co-ed swim teams where the girls wore one piece suits while the males were totally naked and this included at swim meets where often a hundred or more people watched, most of them young girls. It is difficult to imagine that the school sanctioned an event where young girls could watch naked males from middle school through high school for a few hours at a time, often close up and often sporting erections which they were told they could not cover and if the male exposed himself to the same girls who saw him naked at swim meets at other times, he would be in trouble.
Personally, I think they should never have stopped having the males swim naked at swim meets no matter how many girls were watching. It should still be the norm today.
I know of the stories./. Heck an 80 year old neighbor sai girls wore suits and boys swam naked at the swimming hole he went to./. I personally think male swimsuits need to be done away with./
I have heard of those swim meets, but I also heard that they were urban myths. Also, that it was only in Texas. I can't find anything to substantiate the legend, does anyone else know more on this?
In 1940, the Sheboygan Press published an article on swim classes that occupied nearly one quarter of the entire daily edition with full-scale photographs clearly showing nude boys in their swim class. They went as far as to publish the names of the boys and their addresses. Even Dear Abby (aka Abigail VanBuren) in 1968 published a response to a mother who had written her about her son’s discomfort with nude swimming said in part, “your average 14-year-old lad had better overcome his shyness about nudity in the presence of other boys"
I know several men and women who verified males did swim nude even at swim meets. I do not have time to tell about now but will later.

The educational boards of many major cities all endorsed the “no swim suit” rule with the Menasha High School of Menasha Wisconsin rejecting the appeal of parents in 1961 to allow boys to wear swimsuits. In 1960, Walt Disney studios produced the G rated film “Polyanna”, whose opening scene is that of boys swimming nude. This piece of cultural trivia tells us that watching naked boys swimming was deemed acceptable, regardless of the age or gender watching. The age level of the boys when it was considered inappropriate is uncertain, but enough factual evidence exists to state that indeed, mixed gender observation of nude, male swimmers of all ages did occur and was not isolated to a few rare accounts. Using today’s cultural standards, it is hard to imagine that as late as 1974 there were pools that required men to swim nude.
I do agree that males should swim naked even in co-ed settings today.

Males should not touch women or girls without their permission anyway and certainly not areas covered by a one piece suit although since males are naked, the ladies can touch them anywhere and as on poster said, if they are with another lady, that lady has to give permission to touch her man's cock or balls. I have a friend who he and his wife met on a swim team. He was 15 and she was 13 at the time and the males swam naked. Before the swim meets started, they had males and females go into the stands to thank people for coming and to suggest they bring their friends to the next meet in order to get a larger crowd and thus more funding. The naked males were contrast by the girls in swim suits. This friend was coupled with his girl friend and they went to her mom and her two younger sisters (one was 8 and the other 10 at the time) They talked for a while and when they had to go back to the pool, his future mother in law said she would like to see more of him to which he looked at his penis and than back at her and said he did not think she could see "more" of him and they all laughed. Nothing like meeting your future mother in law while you are naked but her main concern is that he would not see her naked although all of them saw him naked often but then is that not the way it should be? BTW, he did say he and his girl made it a point to go to girls and ask them to bring their girlfriends to the next meet as they both wanted as many girls as possible to see the naked males.

As an older woman now, I can say I went to a lot of swim meets with many of my girlfriends and we did not go to see the swimming. We had contests to see who could spot the first erection and who had the biggest dick. We could not believe the school allowed so many girls to see these naked boys. We also loved the after swim meet program where we could see the boys up close and even brush against their genitals and at times eve hold them for a moment or two. I also loved that we could literally see and even touch their genitals and they would never see the girls undressed. Oh, I was 10 when I went to the first swim meet with my mom who told me she had a big surprise for me and that was to see a lot of older naked boys.
I was in high school in the early 70's and swim meets and practices we had on speedo type swimwear. In our regular gym class swimming was naked. we would line up for showers and the gym coach would spray soap on our pubic hair and told us to scrub up everything. this was in the USA in the state of Illinois.
Our high school had our swim team like some of the comments above, the girls in one piece suits and the boys nude. We were introduced to the spectators who were mostly young girls and often their moms (maybe the lady who said her mom took her to the meet was in the crowd and saw us) The female coach announced the program and she also said erections were normal and the boys were told not to cover them. This almost assured every male would soon have one and it made sure every female would than look at the male genitals to see if they saw one and I know they loved seeing it grow from flaccid to a full erection.
