Agreed, The females should be modestly dressed while the males are totally naked. If they have foreskins, it should be pulled back and it is good if there are several ladies for each naked male.
If they have foreskin, they should be circumcised by law. Male circumcision without anesthesia must be mandatory for every 18yo male. Men should be circumcised by female hands in public.
