Just a lovely couple enjoying the day and minding there own business in the park. All couples and families should be permitted to dress how they choose at the park. They're not bothering anyone, just relaxing together on their blanket. Nobody has to look at them if they don't want to. So if someone wants to complain that they can see his penis, they should be advised that they don't have to look at it!
