To label it as Indian tradition can give a wrong idea. It is only the Jain monks ( Jain itself is a small religious sect. Numbers of Jain's is very few in India) and very few Hindu sadhus. I am not sure whether all those naked male monks would come up to even one percent of the total male population of India.
Even if we say five percent of men get naked in India in front of females, it is still a small number and five percent is a wrong number anyway, though we can say there are quite a number of women who do watch these naked monks . Apart from these, there are teenage guys in Some Indian villages who do get naked and ladies watching them. Ladies watching these monks take care not to laugh about or whistle since respect needs to be shown to a monk, and younger girls who may laugh or shout will often get scoldings and pinching from elderly ladies
Regarding naked religious ceremonies almost all of them ( apart from jain monks ) are for guys below twelve.
If you come to a place in India like Mangalore, Bangalore, Mysore, Mumbai, Delhi any big city or even semi urban you will not see any male nudity. It is only in some quiet type villages you can find the male nudity.

It’s San Francisco Bay to Breakers. I’ve been doing it for the last 10 years. Been so much fun 7 miles walking nude Usually 35k people attend and around 100 nude. I stay in good shape and I’m a smooth skin well hung so very popular. It so much fun chatting with people staring at my body
