Netflix series Alice in borderland  season 2 episodes 1-2 one male character is naked the entire episode although not full frontal he is often seen from the rear naked before the female characters and a few well placed objects hide his full nudity in the frontal scenes.

 

CFNM scenes are now so widespread in TV and movies that even Netflix has shown a naked guy in front of girls. It doesn't show everything yet, but it's a sign that CFNM is becoming more and more common and the first step towards more explicit scenes.
