I think you are making this too much about the women. Men just enjoy being naked. It is very freeing. Not all women are as comfortable. Furthermore, I believe that men enjoy showing off their penises to women and other men.

The pictutres with girls hugging their men or holding their hands are really sexy. I tried that once in Spain, where I was completely naked and wy wife kept her one piece swimsuit on.
