Of course it's a fake - this one has been around the internet for years. Look at the shadows on the dog and the girls - they're opposite the shadow on the guy. Also, take a look at his upraised hand and you'll see whoever did the cut got lazy and just made a straight line so part the back of his hand is cut off...like I said, amateurish.
