I've seen this movie when it was released, and the least you can say is that Mother Nature was really generous with the Black guy on the first picture.
The funny thing is that, when you watch the movie, you'll notice the natural feminine reaction prevails over a professional attitude. Pay close attention: despite all are actors/actresses, despite that scene might have been shot several times, you'll notice how Cameron Diaz (quickly) stares at that huge piece of meat with astonishment and envy. That uncontrolled, instinctive reaction is probably the best moment of the movie :)
