It is a boarder line case, but to my mind I'm afraid not CFNM, but a true Naturist image. Obviously it is an assumption on my part, that the male has seen the female naked before she covered herself from the camera.A crying shame she did so,for it would have been a true and beautiful naturist image, but not a true CFNM situation.
No, the inequitable nudity toward the male must be preserved at all costs and presentation for it to be considered true CFnm. The female must always have the unfair dress advantage over the male, always! And although she is not strictly nude in the photo, the implication is that she is indeed nude under the towel, and that it is also likely he has seen her nude before.
