I don't think they are boy friend & girl friend. she is just posing for a photo with a naked guy. not that there is anything wrong with that !
Both scenarios are exciting:
1. she's the girlfriend and she enjoys showing her bf naked to everybody
2. she's just posing with a naked guy and she enjoys the situation, photographed by her bf or by a female friend!
He too enjoys the situation, whatever the scenario is
This is a happy normal couple. She loves her man and I proud to be his girl.
