Well, Marie, as a guy I can tell you that it is embarrassing when we appear naked with girls we don't know. Sometimes even more so with girls we do know! Especially when guys try CFNM for the first time. Yeah: not so easy if you're not used to it.: )
As a figure model, I still get a bit embarrassed when I pose, even now. Best thing you can do to put him at ease is to engage him conversation. Just chat with him about his interests. Or whatever.
I think for some men being embarrassed by being naked with a clothed female is what
they want. it is what turns them on.

being photographed naked is embarrassing. Especially if you think of the girl's ability to show your naked body to all her friends or to even publish it! However, that's why it's also arousing. There are two sides of one thing: on the one hand you want to die because of shame, on the other hand it is unthinkably arousing. This makes such a situation really sexy even if you are only embarrassed at the moment of being photographed.
Marie, you are right, more girls should take pics of nude males! The more embarrassing the better, at least if I am concerned as naked male!
