Photos like this seem to be very common. It's like it's more natural for men to go fully naked, and for women to ensure their genitals are kept covered when stripping down. There are so many other examples on this blog alone; there's a definite pattern, it can't be a coincidence.
Men don't seem to mind, since they still have breasts to look at, and they don't seem to have as many qualms about exposing their genitals as women do, even women who will freely show everything else.
