Another excellent post, Marie, and a perfect illustration that female first and double standard is the way to go. I think we all agree that a woman should not be forced or pushed, or even hinted to undress. She may have many reasons for that: feeling insecure about her own appearance, feeling cold, etc. The knight, however, should completely undress whenever the lady wishes so. He should be completely naked, exposed and vulnerable in front of her., and regardless of the season, weather conditions, circumstances, etc!
