This is anecdotal. Many times it is women who run naked there and men who enjoy her full nudity.

They're not running, they're playing a game. But yes, plenty of women do also get naked in this festival.
Of course I' ve got evidence. No pics, but I've attended sone times at that festival and I've seen nude women everywhere and in a carefree and natural way.
All the women and girls have fun and smile to the naked guy!

Every state fair and every county and 4 H fair should have contest where the males are naked.. Perhaps Volleyball or who could do the most jumping jacks. Indian Voyuer Girl would love to see that, all those penises and balls bouncing around. LOL

why would you think the person who wrote that is gay? It could be another woman or it could be a man who just loves to see women enjoy seeing males naked.
