Nice photo. I understand why most family oriented nudist clubs, prohibit photography. Especially photos of underage boys and girls. But images of naked males of all ages is very liberating to me.
That's what I lived as a children with my cousin. My brothers and I were naked on the beach, my female cousins wore swimsuits like the girl in the pic. Nice memories.
Yeah the whole image seems to be a film (non digital) photo, so it's long ago...
They seem to be siblings with the teenage girl in a very modest one-piece suit, which doesn't seem to indicate a nudist camp of some sort. The boy on the right is immodest and prepubescent while the boy in the middle is postpubescent and on his way to becoming a man & proud to show off. Note the nude kids swimming on the right.
I remember once in a naturist resort. I was in the swimming pool and came three teenagers, two boys and one girl. Sixteen years old or so. The boys were naked and the girl in bikini. A few minutes later, the lifeguard came there and told the girl to get naked. She refused and was invited to leave. The three teenagers did it. I know it was fair, the rules are clear, but on the other hand, it was pure CFNM in a naturist place. And I didn´t feel bad because of the non-nudity of the girl. Mayybe it´s because I love naturist places and also CFNM places like mixed beaches. I know some of them in the south of Spain and they are lovely.
And yet the clothed girl looks more tempting. Anyone would have the urge to go behind her and squeeze her bums.
Probably so if they were a kiddy fiddler, then hopefully they would be arrested and put out of harms way, hopefully for a very long time. I'm starting to wonder about this blog and some of it's members, not all just some.
I dislike forced nudity just as much as I dislike prohibited nudity. On a beach or in a resort where it is permitted I will almost always choose to be nude but I like for it to be my choice.
I think nudity should be required on nude only beaches while optional on clothing optional beaches. Other than that I agree with you.
My first thought that this was Mother, Father and Son. Now I don't know. I think
its more likely a nude beach and she would have a reason for wearing a bathing suit. A CFNM photo for sure and I did not notice the nude kids swimming in the background.
I am under the impression that most nudist resorts require nudity especially for swimming. Women need their space and need to feel comfortable I think its okay for them to wear shorts, bathing suit bottoms or wrap- arounds for whatever reason. CFNM in such resorts may bring more women into the fold.

I'm wondering why only the boys are naked. Were they forced to do this by their mother in order to humiliate them in front of a girl (perhaps a sister)? Or did the girl ask them to undress? In any case, for boys at this age, it's very humiliating to be naked in front of their peers.
But what if you're a couple and only one of you is happy being naked. I see no reason one person can't be clothed if accompanied by one or more naked persons. At least then you can both be together and each happy in their dress.
Humiliation for boys, and girls for that matter, does not exist so much if they were raised in a nudist community. I have been to 'family' nudist or naturist clubs in the US and seen naked boys and girls running around playing without any signs of embarrassment. Nudity at beaches is more commonplace in certain parts of Europe and even legal on city streets in some countries.

To the guy paranoid of people who have not such definite age preferences: I think the clothed female might be over-age and the mother. It's not so clear. And btw I don't understand your cramped view of it all. You're probably US American, where the kids only get into puberty after their 18th birthday, after written permission by the Republican Party, of course. And accordingly start having fantasies themselves. Only of adults of the same age, of course. Only problem is, that is denial of the truth.
I agree, especially taking into account that it is probably an old photo, it could well be on a normal European, less populated beach. No one would be bothered at that time from things like that here. Probably there weren't many strangers around anyway.
If it's humiliating or not depends on the person and the situation. Naked swimming on a beach is not such a big deal. Having forced unequal nudity at swim classes in school is a different thing. Yet a thing some people might only hate while others derive some kinky arousal from it.
To the Italian: Yes, probably just that.
That happens more often than is admitted by “nudist” resorts. Nudity is mandatory in the pool, but elsewhere it’s clothing optional. I’ve seen women who attend so their husbands can go naked, but themselves stay dressed the whole time. Sitting fully clothed in chairs by the pool while hubby skinny dips. In truth, c/o resorts are often the best places for CFNM experiences.
