It's the beauty and the beast principle: The beautiful females are too delicate for that kind of exhibition and are clothed and decorated. Whereas males are shown as part of the decoration, just to increase the contrast and symbolize that their rawer power is only used to serve the females.
I have nothing to say regarding the "symbolism" or implications regarding CFNM. But I will say, it is not a single image. It is two separate images "sandwiched" together. Note the lighting on the male - the source is over his head and to his left or our right. Whereas the lighting for the female is the opposite. It is possible they were posed together but I doubt it very much. So it's not really a CFNM photo, in my opinion.
Well, if it is "completely fake" I would agree. But if it was produced together, maybe in the same studio or even the same day for the purpose of getting this result, I would count it as true cfnm!
