Body painting is such a wonderful activity. It gives women the perfect opportunity to pretend innocence while touching and staring at the penis for hours. Bmann, I've been to Black's Beach in San Diego County many, many times in past years. It was routine for naked men volunteering to let women to paint their bodies, including their penises in public, right on the beach. The spectacle draws many spectators, both male and female, clothed and unclothed. I don't know if it's still common, but I'll bet it is, especially on warm sunny days.
There is also a volleyball net, which attracts crowds of female spectators, eagerly watching the bouncing penises of naked men running and jumping around. May and June are the cloudiest months in SD, with July and August the warmest and clearest. These months attract the greatest crowds, especially on weekends when most people are not working. If you can make it down there, I guarantee you won't be sorry!

September is perhaps the best month, but it can vary. As you head south from Folsom you should stop by Baker Beach, just south of The GG Bridge. Weather there is iffy (August is called Fogust), there. Anyway at Baker you'll meet many clothed Asian (mostly Chinese) girls who love posing with naked Western men. Thanks for your response, BMann. Great research. I too had read IVG's posts with great interest regarding cock size by nationality. Of course I read all of her posts with interest. Now, regarding erection length: The next time I'm naked in public, I plan to have some ED medication (cialis, Viagra, or something better).
