Same, I never were anything at Baker Beach. I’ve run into female friends I know from San Francisco

It’s the first interaction when I here my name that is interesting on how they deal with the nudity
The Asian females are the best as they will talk with me for awhile or always ask if I want to join them, which I do

When my wife and I are on the beach in Greece, her rule is that we can wear a maximum of one bit of clothing each so we make the most of the sunshine. For her, its her bikini bottoms. For me it my hat.
Omg, yes, the idea of mandatory male/boys nudity in school or other public pools is something which completely blows my mind - imagine that you need to strip completely naked before the swim with all your classmates - but being naked among other fully nude guys is one thing - being nude while the girls can remain comfortable dressed is something even more unrealistic :)
