Nice Situation. I love CFNM for these situations, so often in my Islands where nudism is not allowed. LOL
Looks like it could be Black's Beach in Southern California.
Perfect way to introduce CFNM into normal society. Banning males from wearing any sort of clothing at beaches is a great first step. Have all males always be naked when they are at beaches

I also agree. It makes little practical sense for males to wear anything when on the beach. However whilst it is up to them how much they show, I believe women should be more modest. If I am nude, it makes my wife feel more comfortable being on a beach where other men are nude, and can keep her bikini on.
Yeah, imagine some female beach patrol guards going around to enforce the rule, while young female interns, learning in their school holidays, stand behind, watching and helping. "No sir, we force no one, but sorry, you have to leave the beach now if you don't follow the rules. - Oh, so you comply? Fine. Hand us the trunks, please. Here, take this voucher, you can collect them at booth 17 when you leave."
I don't think it's Blacks. The greenery on the far end doesn't look right. Also, not enough surf. Probably an inland sea somewhere.
