I'd like to see more comments from you. I like the way you think (as in "great minds think alike").
The image is not CFNM because he is not naked. However, the woman's control over the male is being demonstrated with her grip of his genitals. It is an endearing gesture for both. Which is a good starting point or habit to establish for public behavior. Even for shy couples on the beginning of their journey. The next step obviously, is for him to be naked.
