Anonymous - I'm not sure if you wrote that in Dutch but google translated it from Dutch to mean: "He has a nice penis". Is he rolling back his foreskin? I can't see it that clearly. But I think a woman should occasionally inspect her naked man's penis in public or outdoors. Even strangers should ask to examine any penis that she might see and the men should be grateful.
