Correction to my comment. It's possible the images of women were superimposed on the man, as they have suspiciously fuzzy edges. In any case, this image is fake.
Anonymous, I agree with you. Don't take these blog trolls seriously. Like you, I care if something is real or fake even if they try to bully me, you or others that it doesn't matter. In this case consider the source - a GayDom. By their very nature Doms want to bully, be in charge, and demean others in their orbit, especially in an arena (sexual) where they consider themselves above everyone else. I personally don't care if something is fake, so long as it's not in your face obvious and cringe. But lots of people don't like it when things are fake. Most people would rather want real images.
