Thank you Marie for referencing my earlier comment. He must be entertaining them because they are both amused. Note that he is wearing an arm band that says "Martial" and cowboy boots. So maybe he is trying to convince them that he is an American law enforcement person and not subject to the nudity rules. LOL!
I don't know where this is, but I'm assuming it's London. I'm also assuming that it's the best gig these 2 Security girls have ever had. If every day was like this one....
Full nudity should be mandatory for men in many situations, like WNBR, beaches, festivals, etc. but unfortunately, there is no mandatory rule of this kind. A security service that provides moral enforcement is, however, an excellent idea!
