In sauna too cfnm is the standard ! The usual dress code for the sauna is always and everybody naked.
However, more and more, the double standardis common ...
I've experienced rhis a few times with a female feiend, the first time i thougt we were all going to be naked and were quite shocked and embarrased. But after a few times i've got used to it, and enjoy the situation.
It also helped to build confidence, as i have realized that most women dies not mock men with tint penises.
