It is only so if you approach it from an adult watching children do what many kids do. Most of us have the cognitive ability to allow this series to take us back to when WE were that age, and to the excitement of exploring each other (boys and girls) of similar ages. (Which many of us did, so don't be hypocritical.)
Sadly, some here are not able to do so, and only see this as "I'm an adult. I'm reading about children." IT'S NOT EVEN REAL PHOTOS, ONLY 3-D CARTOONS!

There is a lot of mystery surrounding the naked male body. It has been Ok for centuries for men to go into galleries and look at naked Women but at times women were forbidden to do so and view male nudity to "protect" their modesty.

He also learns to accept and to understand that he is attractive to women and they want to see his naked body and it is there for their pleasure and benefit.
