Well, now that I look at it, I see that the "woman" next to him does seem to have an "androgenous" face, but still, I count this picture as CFNM even if the "F" seems to be questionable. She is clearly dressed as a female and "presenting" as a female, so I am totally OK with calling it CFNM.
