The Obscene Extreme festival, OEF, is an annual music festival in the Czech Republic. 

It is well known for its exceptionally tolerant and friendly atmosphere.
Naked men among many dressed women are common ...

    Hard to believe that the Czech Republic used to be a Communist country. Now it's VERY liberal.
