It looks like an art studio. They have an adult-ed figure-drawing class, and at every meeting the males draw lots to see who gets to play David for the Monday Night Michelangelas. Been there, done that.

This looks like the makings of a Clothed Female Bottomless Male party. Maybe the guy is too shy to go all the way and is more comfortable wearing only a T-shirt. I believe the length of his red T-shirt should be shortened just a bit to stop at his natural waist line. The feeling of being bottomless is exhilarating.

Again it is good to see she is covered and it is very good to see the males are naked.
I think it is the closing few moments of a naturist event when everyone has to dress to go home, unfortunately this guys lost his trousers and the lady is making an announcement to see if anyone has seen them. What they don't know is his wife has dumped them in the bin outside after first ripping them up. He know has to go home half naked.
Either that or it's a cfnm night and he is being made an example of for not being naked and the audience are voting on his punishment.
Well now that we know it is a Naturist event, I can say from the few times I have gone to nudist communities, that when it gets too cold for nudists, they put shirts on and not pants or trousers. Because putting on a shirt warms the torso more than pants.
