Like I mentioned in another comment, due to the unthinkableness of a woman forgoing her panties due to the obscenity of it (when compared with male nudity), most women use toplessness as a kind of substitute, kind of like a compromise. But she must *always* keep her panties on. Because of this, it's perfectly normal to find pictures like this. In fact, both the men and women are considered equally naked.

The topless females are not equally nude, nor are they even partly nude, at all, as breasts are not sex glands. Thus even when women are topless and men are nude, it still remains unfair to the men.:) The fact never changes that CFNM and TFNM are always to the advantage of females. As it should be.;)
