A selfie of the 24-year-old model with the caption 'haha' appeared on her Instagram page,

showing her reality star beau photo-bombing her, while dropping a towel to reveal he was completely nude.

The image was soon deleted, but not before it had been screengrabbed and shared

by some of the blonde's 82,000 followers on the photo-sharing website.
