The truth is that No woman seems to be interesed in these dicks. They walk looking ahead and noone looks aside for watching the willies.
Women never give obvious peeks, there are exceptions, but normally they do pretend to not care, and, sneak a glance here and there
Also, they've probably already scoped out everyone and seen everything by the time the actual race starts. A snapshot in the middle of the event doesn't truly capture the initial excitement and curiosity of the people at the event. But catch them before and after the race and they appear to be posing with smiles and even taking snapshots themselves.
