On the beach it's my favorite scenario. My gf and I are nudists, but often she decides to wear a bikini. Occasionally I have done cfnm with some female friends and it is the best sensation ever. I grew up in a place where nudity is seen as something dirty, so when I was a kid I have always admired (and envied) the ladies who dared go carelessly topless. Now I love when I can be the naked one while the majority around me are clothed. Spanish beaches are the best for this.
Of course, our wives/gfs/etc should always have say over whether we can or cannot wear clothes. In exchange for sex they own our bodies and control what covers them, if anything at all.
