I agree but the women and girls should be modestly dressed while ALL the males are naked. A woman and girls assets are worth a lot more when they are hidden from view, a male's assets are worth more when they are on full display.

I don't know of any swimming pools or water parks where men are required to be naked, but women are required to be in swimsuits. It's only a fantasy.

However, this is not a CFNM as there are naked men and naked women and it may be required to be nude for everyone in the pool. In order for a beach or an aquatic center to be TsFNM style, there must be rules - men must be naked, swimwear is required for women (at least bikini bottoms). If women were required to wear one-piece swimsuits, that would be more interesting. For the beach, such a requirement may be a disadvantage - tanning in a one-piece swimsuit is quite limited, but for the pool this is not a problem.
That is "modestly"? Bikini bottom? Bikini? Or one-piece swimwear only? Or something else?
