Northfield
OK, the "message" is clear enough... "northfield" but what is "northfield?" Or is it something out in the northfield... the buried treasure? Or is "northfield" some sort of secret CFNM organization?
Hopefully it is a CFNM college where the dress code is dressed for women, completely naked for males. All males have to strip naked and turn the cloths in the the ladies at the entrance. They only get them back when they leave and the males have to walk anywhere they go on the college grounds so no hiding in a car.
They should have used a cock as an exclamation mark on the end.
