Japanese people are very shy and are not used to male nudity, which is always censored.

If you want to get your husband into it, try wrestling with him in the nude and "accidently knee him in his balls not to hard but hard enough he will grab them and moan a little. Act like it is really turning you on and grab his nuts to smooth them and accidently squeeze the nuts too hard and act even more excited an want to have passionate sex with him. It won't be too long before he wants you to hurt his balls. You can always add "I guess its true, if you have a man by his balls, he will follow you but do not use that too soon. That is how my wife got me into ball busting, now she has her two sisters join her.
