Japanese people are very shy and are not used to male nudity, which is always censored.

I am really starting like this series of
Japanese CFNM. At first I though it was a clothed female, bottomless
male but realized he placed a towel over his back torso. I could not figure out the
layout of the building based on the floor plan hanging on the wall. Maybe its a public bath
or a massage parlor but take away the towel and you got some decent workplace CFNM.
This man needs to drop the towel place himself right in front of the window so the girl can clear see him and his full exposed parts
Buckeye I think it maybe a school which has two major rules. All males have to be naked and all females have to be dressed. The lady will be telling him to remove the towel as he is not naked with it.
