I have always felt that a man is not completely naked unless the head of his penis is exposed. as a circumcised male I have found most females like to see a hard cock.I have asked many of them why and they all say you seem more vunerable.
I am circumcised but still have enough to cover myself with a little shrinkage from a cold day. I would rather be intact but there is something extra humiliating about being exposed whenever I am even a little aroused which makes it even more embarrassing.
While being forced pull your foreskin back maybe humiliating, Having it happen uncontrollably with the slightest arousing thought feels more embarrassing in the moment than being constantly on display.
