Although the nude guy is real and is standing there really, the clothed female has been clearly put there on the pic by digital means. Just take a look at her feet and you´ll see that it is strange her position there. By the way, this fake is not even half well done; on the opposite it´s rather a total fudge.

Faked picture : I agree that it's a rather clumsy fake. As you say her feet are the most obvious giveaway, but the different shadow patterns on his and her bodies is another indication. That being the case the image is reduced to a shot of a naked guy only and should not qualify for inclusion here. That said it has not failed to stimulate the imagination of some of our other friends.
