How to promote "women in swimsuits, men naked" to the masses:
1. Develop a new material for swimwear, and patent it.
2. Under the terms of the patent license, only women's swimwear can be made from new material, and such swimwear can only be sold to women.
3. Introduce a rule in the pools that, for reasons of hygiene, only swimwear made from the new material is allowed. Since men cannot buy suitable swimwear, they will be forced to swim naked.

Simply ban swim suits for males./. Claim they are hurting the climate./. The same way the used to claim males swim wear damaged the pool filters./. CFNM swimming achieved./.
I could not help but notice waist lines are different for casual verses swim wear .The ladies on the far left and right who wear casual clothing have waist lines just below the belly button while the gentleman and the bikini girl have waist lines near the suprapubic arch. If you look very closely the man has some very faint tan lines.

I remember reading about a half dozen female grade school teachers who brought their daughters and nieces to the Bay to Breakers race. The girls ranged from 8 years old to 12 y/o and there were about 18 girls. Needless to say, they saw hundreds of totally naked males many of whom came right up to these teachers who allowed the girls to handle the naked genitals on these males which of course were very erect by that time.
