I have seen many times on local nudisy beach couples, where the lady was wearing at least something, like bikini bottom, or one piece swimsuit, or casual clothes, while her men was completely naked :) hence my theory is that males are more willing to get naked with no shake :=

Men must be naked.
Women must wear one-piece swimsuits that cover the pubis, breasts, navel and buttocks.
