Everybody is looking at the photographer, but not the white shirt wife , why?
Is hse embarrassed, or having hubby naked is an habit?
The lady in black is smiling, while her partner seems a little bit embarrassed
Perhaps she asked him too to undress ...
Is that a cfnm restaurant?
or simply the naked man lost a bet?

The woman on the right is the only one in focus and her arm is out of the frame I suspect she is taking a selfie capturing the naked guy for posterity. Since the naked guy is looking at the camera, I suspect the pic is being taken with his permission. His companion on the other hand is choosing to ignore the proceedings.
