On university in the East had to change its rules for their nude class because of complaints so females had to wear a bikini bottom but all the males still remained totally naked. I sure did not mind the double standard.
So the females wear a bottom while the males are naked even though more women take art then do men? Sounds completely fair to me. I think the females should have been able to wear a top too but keep the males naked.
