This is the Oregon Country Fair, held one weekend in July near Eugene, OR. It is “clothing optional” but genitals must be covered. Traditionally, many women attend topless. But in recent years, the topless women have been outnumbered by men who attend completely naked except for the “fig leaf.” And most of the bare-assed figleaf naked men attend with a fully clothed woman. Life is good.
