This should be common in every city and let them play against clothed women. Of course, the rules would also be that players can touch ANY part of the other team's body that is not covered. And maybe the spectators will see the gals grabbing the wrong ball or should I say BALLS. If they do this often enough, the males will be busy guarding their balls rather than the ball.
