Practical if you are in and out of the water all day.
I have been at the beach or river and getting wet and drying all day dose make clothing this includes swimming trunks, become uncomfortable especially on the genitals so I would rather go without.
So ladies campaign for "free the willy" for men's heath and enjoy the liberated results ;)
