I would LOVE to participate in this Polar Bear run thing, but honestly, in that sort of cold... my penis would be so tiny and shrunken up inside me you could not see anything! I look at the men in these pics and can only say "you are a greater man (penis wise at least) than I" and thanks so much for running in this event!

Well then I hope the polar bear is MALE.
From what I see, only the males are naked, the females are in at least bras and panties so I wonder if that was a rule that only males could be totally naked? It would be nice if it was a rule but I think ALL the males should have been naked.
No such rule. Some girls participate topless or nude. Full title of this run is "Polar Bear Run".

no written rules about nudity at the Polar Bear Run, but that's an habit to run naked or in underwear ... and the tradition is (the majority of) male in the nude, (close to the totality) female in underwear or sporty outfit,
that's the tradition, not the law!
