Summer is coming, everyone to the beach!
Playing and dancing is a typical beach activity,
as is watching naked men a normal pastime for women
All the dressed women in the audience are looking at the naked man dancing,
but also many men in the audience are naked, while the swimsuited ones are asked by the ladies to undress

I think this beach is in Eastern Europe. At first glance one would get
the impression its mandatory for me to be nude and clothing
optional for the women. The gentleman appears to be enjoying his dance and
with the two photos split seconds apart show just that.
