It is so limited. Only guys who have the will power and discipline to live the life of a monk can become a Jain Digambara or Naga Sadhu. For other guys, CFNM is almost a dream.
Shashank, it has to begin in family. Guys need to talk to their female relatives and family members regarding their views on male nudity and thus if possible, they can be full naked in front of sisters, aunts, cousin sisters. Gradually, this can extend to neighbourhood girls as well. Gradually, friends can join.
For widespread CFNM, beaches are best. This is difficult because of moral police. Though there are lots of guys on beaches wearing just underwear and nobody feels anything about it.

He also mentions that he (17 y/o at the time went swimming with his aunt and 7 girls and he and a boy of 12 were the only males. A 17 year old girl had a swim suit that only came down a few inches on her leg which would be no problem most places as it was modest by our standards but the aunt made him give her his shorts leaving him totally naked which she felt was a lot better than the girl showing too much of her leg. (I can understand that, males should swim naked anyway while girls wear modest swim suits)

I so totally agree with you IndianVoyeurGirl when you say " it has to begin in family. Guys need to talk to their female relatives and family members regarding their views on male nudity..." All people need to bring the topic out in the open, men (even the not so "well endowed" men) should NEVER be ashamed of their naked bodies, and women should never be made to "avert their gaze" or feel ashamed for any naked male and the only way we are going to elevate our society to that level is by talking openly about it.
Once I was chatting with a guy who was from Mumbai . He said once his mother told him when he was 14 " You would look good if you are fully naked in the house". The same guy when he was 8 was once naked and mother had taken photo. And his sister used to watch that photo many times and she would laugh loudly watching it. However, the guy did not have the courage to be naked around them, but the ladies would have welcomed it.
When there are family gatherings where cousins, aunts, uncles join together , the men who like CFNM can remove their clothes which would surely result in lots of laughter.
Guys should also discuss the topic with their female classmates. Parties are good for CFNM.
Guys can also be male strippers in front of many women.
